Each institution that uses Scorion has its own internal helpdesk where you can turn with any questions.
So if you are a student, A(N)IOS, medical specialist, or lecturer using Scorion and, for example, cannot log in, please always contact the helpdesk of your own organisation first.
They are familiar with all the details of your Scorion portfolio, IFMS, or other feedback applications.


I am a functional administrator and need help!

Functional administrators of Scorion within an institution have access to the Scorion helpdesk – the 2nd-level support.
Here, specialists from the Scorion team are ready to assist administrators with adjustments, further developments, and other system changes.
Even if, as an administrator, you no longer remember exactly how a certain process works, or if you have a question about whether something is possible, you can always contact the helpdesk.
