Rights of the person concerned
You have a right of access, correction and erasure of your data. You also have the right to restrict and object to data processing. You can also request the transfer of your data. Requests in this regard can be sent to the following address: security@scorion.com.

Applicants
During the application process, we ask you to provide us with a number of details so that we can assess your suitability. A personal check may be part of the selection process. A certificate of good conduct must be provided before employment can begin. Your data will be deleted no later than 4 weeks after the procedure has been completed.
If we want to keep your data for a longer period because you are a potentially interesting candidate for another position, we will ask for your consent.
Employees
We process your personal data to fulfil the obligations of the employment contract. This includes salary administration, (pension) insurance and performance appraisal. After termination of our contract, we have to keep this information for another 5 years. After the legal storage period has expired, all your data will be deleted.
Visitors of the website

We cannot trace you personally.

We collect information about your company and our contact person. Documents that are part of our relationship, such as contracts, invoices and reviews, are kept for at least 7 years.

We process a range of data to carry out our agreement. We collect the data of your company and our contact person. Documents that are part of our relationship such as contracts, invoices are kept for at least 7 years.
The data in our tools are exclusively your property. Processing is only done on order according to the agreements in the processing contract. Upon expiry of our agreement, we will make arrangements for the return and destruction of the data.
End users of our tools
The processing of data in our tools is done on behalf of and under the responsibility of our client. Requests to use one of the rights you have as a data subject under the GDPR are therefore always handled by our customer. Our client also determines the storage period of the data.
For helpdesk purposes, a Parantion employee may view your account.
We process data such as your IP address in our log files. This is necessary for the correct operation of the tool and the traceability of incidents. These log files are stored for 3 months.
