QR code in Scorion – give feedback even faster
Giving digital feedback has never been so easy. And the QR-code in Scorion is nearly ready. Just a few finishing touches to make it run completely smoothly. The QR-code scan (video on YouTube) for assessment or giving feedback is currently being extensively tested and piloted at a university. It’s expected that this super-handy feature will be available early 2026. In short: from that moment every user will be able, with the QR-code in Scorion, to give feedback even faster.
Programmatic assessment
A part of programmatic assessment and working with EPAs is collecting data points. These data points can involve different assessment forms, such as reflection, peer feedback, workplace observation, but also having the student produce or submit an assignment or product. With the QR-code this process can be shortened by 90%.
Workplace Based Assessment (WBA)
You’ll notice this especially in the workplace. Until now, a student sent his or her assessment, form or review request to the assessor or teacher. With the QR-code the student can open the form in the app onsite and have it scanned immediately.
Simple function, huge time savings
Programs often want to know in detail how a student is doing — and the student usually wants that too. Especially in programs where entrustment is important, “roughly” is often not enough. You want to know whether a prospective doctor is ready for a risky procedure on a real patient. So: reliable information and fast. That is now possible with the QR-code.
