Pass on tasks
Task list users who also possess the function task manager now have an option that allows them to pass on tasks to a reviewer of their choice. This way, a task does not have to be assigned to the final reviewer at the time of submission; this can be done later. Passing on tasks is only possible for tasks in the ‘Not Started’ tab.

Feedback type becomes feedback role
The term feedback type will change to the term feedback role starting from this version. This was chosen because this terminology better reflects situations in practice. The term is used in the transmission overview for assessments and scans:

Attach form sets
In order to keep an overview when a large number of form sets are in use, it is now possible to attach form sets of your choice. This way the user can decide which form sets will always be on top of the list. Pinned form sets can be recognized by the orange icon:

Detaching a form set is done the same way, namely by clicking on the three dots and choosing the Detach option.

Show Formset and Sender columns by default in the task list.
The columns displayed by default in the task list were the Task and Date columns. From this version onwards, two columns have been added to this, being Formset and Sender:

These four columns are shown by default to accounts that have not previously changed the visibility or order of the columns:

Once the visibility or order is changed, that is the default shown in the relevant account.
Add formset without number (1)
When adding a formset, it received the digit (1) after the title. From this version onward, this digit will be omitted because a first form set is always unique. When a subsequent instance of the same form set is added, an increasing number will be shown. This way, the user can continue to distinguish between different form sets of the same type.

Dashboard of formsets: new icon and new pop-up
If a form set has its own dashboard, it can be viewed via the icon at the bottom right of the corresponding tile:

This icon has been renewed to make it easier to recognise the corresponding action. The pop-up that then opens shows at a glance which dashboard(s) can be viewed:

View scans via View form, Generate pdf, and Show overview
Several form types can be completed in Scorion. Each form type has its own workflow. This workflow can be partially set from the admin account in the settings of the relevant form.

From this version onwards, new settings will be available for scan-type forms. These settings will make it possible to display the View form and Show overview buttons:
By using these buttons, generating a report is no longer the only way to view a completed scan. In addition, the Generate pdf option appears when the View Form button is available.
The default settings for a scan type form are set to No, which means the buttons will not be displayed by default:

Both settings can be set as required per Scan:

When the setting View: Completed Answers is set to Yes,… the Show overview button will appear depending on the selection made. The same applies to the View form and Generate pdf buttons, which are displayed based on the View: Completed form.
Completed tasks automatically moved to archive
From the task list, requests to complete assessment forms can be handled. Completed tasks are collected in the Completed tab. From this tab, tasks can be manually archived:

The number of completed tasks can be very high. At login, all tasks in the task list have to be loaded, with a large number of tasks affecting this loading time.
As of this version of Scorion, completed tasks will therefore be automatically moved to the archive after 30 days. This way, completed tasks will still remain accessible without affecting the load time of the task list.
