Faces behind Scorion: Mathilde Sanders

Allow me to introduce myself
I am Mathilde Sanders. I have two children, recently got married, and I live in Didam. I have various hobbies, from DIY projects and baking to cooking, as well as attending festivals with my friends and gardening.

For the past 7 years, I’ve been working at Parantion, where I am currently the team leader for Consultancy and Delivery. This means I oversee the consultants in their daily tasks and ensure that projects are delivered with the desired quality and within the deadlines.

The best part about my role is…
…the level of challenge it provides, keeping me stimulated. My position demands two things from me: quick adaptability and decision-making when we need to find solutions as a team, and constant forward-thinking and making strategic decisions for the future, both internally and externally.

What I enjoy most about working at Parantion is…
…the freedom to do my job and the opportunity for continuous personal development. I also appreciate the variety in the areas I work in, the problem-solving approach, and the ability to dream about the future. The combination of these factors is truly enjoyable. Additionally, Parantion is a very welcoming company with a family-like atmosphere, allowing individuals to be themselves, which I find very comforting.

What changes or innovations are you most excited about?
I am enthusiastic about the implementation of project teams. These teams bring together colleagues from different departments, enabling better collaboration and a real focus on improving quality. We can now work on quality improvement in a more structured manner. Moreover, the Development team is also undergoing a similar process of professionalization, which is very encouraging and inspiring to witness.

What do you hope for the future?
I hope that as an organization, we can continue to grow while maintaining Parantion’s current identity: the welcoming atmosphere, the inclusivity, and the respect for colleagues, allowing everyone to be true to themselves.
